* sometimes videos pause on load in Odyssey when setting mute status unnecessarily * The fadeOut function got stuck in a state where it couldn't clear its own timer. Retaining the id locally fixes this.

This replaces the previous PR with a more bulletproof way of handling this, but it depends on abcnews/odyssey#17
