Update plugin to version 0.0.2 and enhance Arc window filtering

This commit updates the plugin to version 0.0.2 and enhances the functionality to only display the plugin when the user is in the Arc window in global mode. The dependencies '@wox-launcher/wox-plugin' are also updated from version 0.0.63 to 0.0.66.
