MRF, improved TIV and TBV estimates

• Use MRF clean-up
• Ensure that TBV and TIV are computed with same FOV as the SPM12 atlas

Incorporated MB updates

• Incorporated MB updates, in particular tissue weights.
• Changed a few defaults that empirically has been shown to work better.

This release includes SPM12 and the MB toolbox in spm12-CTseg.zip.

The CTseg functions can be found in spm12-CTseg/toolbox/CTseg.

Remember that you have to add:

• spm12-CTseg
• spm12-CTseg/toolbox/mb
• spm12-CTseg/toolbox/Shoot
• spm12-CTseg/toolbox/Longitudinal

to the MATLAB search path.

You will also have to compile the MB C-code; do this by simply executing the make command in the MB folder (more info at https://github.com/WTCN-computational-anatomy-group/mb#installation-instructions).
