1- Updated printed single Z motor mount to have more adjustability for z belt and more strength
2- Updated printed Y gantry (AKA xy joiner) to fix a small miss alignment between smooth idler and rear motors. Minor fix
3- Updated printed 2WD front idler mounts to use shoulder bolts instead of M5 bolts, and fixed minor misalignment >0.1mm
4- Updated printed AWD front idlers mounts to have the edge of the parts flush with the frame for easier installation/alignment. + fixing a >0.1mm alignment on idlers position
5- Updated to Vz-Printhead printed edition with latest revision.
6- Updated custom bed assembly to use silicon spacer for bed plate instead of springs
7- fixed hardware error on the front LCD mount. replaced M3 bolts for M2.5
8- Alignment and joints of components to avoid future misalignment issue

VzBot 1.1 CU4

Enclosure:

• Trim on all enclosure acrylic pannels
• Front top cover handles (to help lift the cover)
• Front door hinges redesigned. No more need to glue them. 2 Bolts needed
• Front door latches. Now using 2x5 magnets instead.
• Frame Feet (reusing the Tronxy rubber feet)
• New exhaust fan guard
• New exhaust fume extractor (reusing the same HEPA and carbon activated filter)
• Rear top cover hinges. With tensioner for motor. And stopper at 80 degree now to help the balance
• Acrylic pannels holes added
• Updated Back plate with cutouts for wires, holes for DIN rails, and included a rough Electronic layout suggestion

Z group:

• Updated Z switch mount and Z height adjustement screw mount. Moved to the right side to clear Y stop switch
• Added Z belt to cad
• Fixed Lower lead screw support M4 holes (they were too small)

EVA printhead:

• EVA back plate with no tensioner and new cable holder

Bed:

• Removed Glass bed
• Bed plate changed from 6mm to 8mm in cad

Gantry:

• Y stop switch mount fixed. (holes were missing for the 2 M2 screws)
• XY Motor mounts with tensioners

RSCS:

• Modified lower duct part. Added a second mounting point to the 120mm fan

Electronic:

• Updated 120V power socket/switch. (relocated to mount to back plate)

Upcoming addons:
-enclosure recirculation filter for VOC

VzBot 1.1 CU3

-Bed assembly visual improvement on on parts (Lead screw mounts, Bearing mounts, Bed supports). No change in functionality or performance
-Fixed LCD front cover (The logo was too deep causing a thin wall of 0.2mm)
-Added Z alignment tools

VzBot 1.1 CU2

• minor fix for belt rubbing on the back of the Y printed gantry. The fit was ok but tight. If you have this issue, you will need:
  1.Top and bottom parts of Y printed gantry were modified by 1mm to.
  2. CF tube end was also shorten by 1mm to accommodate this fix
• several bolts and nuts have been added to the cad file. (Not impacting parts)
