UI Layout and Spacing Refinements

Key Changes

🎨 Standardized horizontal spacing to mx-4 across main containers
📜 Added scrolling capability to filters sidebar
🔄 Replaced Table with ScrollableTable in scorecard view

Technical Details

Removed redundant margin from root layout
Added ScrollArea component to filters sidebar for better overflow handling
