Welcome to the UKCloud Knowledge Centre

Overview

The UKCloud Knowledge Centre provides over 200 articles to help you understand and work with our platform. Articles include:

  • Getting Started Guides to introduce you to our services
  • How To Guides to take you step-by-step through common tasks
  • Reference Guides to provide additional details and information
  • FAQs to answer common questions
  • Service Scopes to clarify what is and isn't included in our services and products

Accessing the Knowledge Centre

To access the Knowledge Centre, go to https://docs.ukcloud.com. You can browse by service or use the search box to find the specific information you're looking for.

Contributing to the Knowledge Centre

Because our Knowledge Centre is stored in a GitHub repository, anyone with a GitHub account can submit changes to articles.

Important! Before making any changes, make sure you're familiar with our guidelines for contributing to Knowledge Centre articles.

To contribute updates to an existing Knowledge Centre article, find the article that you want to edit and click the Improve this Doc link. In GitHub, click the Edit (pencil) icon and make your changes. When you're done, click Propose file change and then create a Pull Request to submit your changes for approval by the UKCloud Products team.

Note! By submitting content you are granting UKCloud permission to use your submission in our Knowledge Centre, which is available for public consumption over the internet. In addition, you will also be identified as a contributor to the article in our public GitHub repository. For more information, see our Terms of Use.
