Tag Dictionary is slightly more accurate
Added a check to see if the map in 0.5 had removed barriers and if so it adds map options. Also removed all log outputs except opening file which increased runtime from hours to under a minute for converting the HaloVault database

Place program in mods folder and output will automatically be in maps folder
