For more info, see remix-run/remix#3110.

You should probably also implement something similar in remix.init for only ignoring these files in the repo but not when the project is created like we did in remix-run/indie-stack#79, remix-run/blues-stack#67 & remix-run/grunge-stack#53.

Interesting, is there any reason why the CLI wasn't just updated to remove these lockfiles after cloning? I didn't know about the remix init so I'll look into that.

That's not something I though about at the moment.

Thinking about it now, we could have done it, but at the end of the day, stacks aren't the responsibility of the CLI.
This change just makes it cleaner for users using this stack
