This pull request removes the voxel height and voxel center commands and replaces them with per brush arguments. This reduces command clutter from this plugin while also making it clearer for the user how to set the parameters of the brush. Additionally, before this voxel height setting did not have a consistent use across the brushes that were using it and so it makes sense to break it up into the per brush options.
