Game works on heroku, running in a docker container image.

This release is the new base, integrated with the deployment services (local version is like the remote production).

Still missing:

• Chat Homes 3D, Evening in the Promised Land, Todo and Gallery apps
• Scaling the progression (more dialogue, cleanup some texts in Quest Idler)
