When pushing a new release...

Update plist and README
Archive build in Xcode
Export notarized app, ditto -c -k --sequesterRsrc --keepParent Submariner.app Submariner-VERSION.zip - do NOT use zip
Upload release, make sure to make discussion
Export App Store Connect, add and then submit for review
Update website
