Add package now grabs most recent version if no version was specified, if the version has already been added you are redirected to that version.
removed code duplication by adding pop up message component, updated vue version

If platform field is left empty the most recent version of this package is requested from cosy and this is than added to the system.
If the requested version already exists you are redirected to that version.
Also removed code duplication by extracting a component out of some code that was used all over the place to display pop up messages
