Restore Account, Friends, et al

Multipass ipfs extension should have the option to restore identity, friends and others data (eg request, block list, etc) when using a phrase, which is tied to the did key. This would be done using a node which the extension would be connected in which would relay the identity and other data tied to it and when using the phrase while creating/importing the account to check this separate service for anything pertaining to the did key and if anything is found to either transfer it over or provide the cid in which the extension could fetch and restore its contents.

• Account Restoration (including friends, request, block list, etc)
• Chat Restoration
• Files Restoration
  • Only the index would be restored and not the files themselves as those would have to be downloaded manually if its available on the offline agent.

• This may also introduce another trait function to prevent confusion
• The base point is located in warp/tools branch for the external service
