About The Pull Request
Adds automatic punctuation to human and observer say, meaning you no longer have to include punctuation at the end of your sentence.
Why It's Good For The Game
This makes it so that if you don't otherwise punctuate your sentences, it's done for you.
A Port?
Yes, I coded this originally on Bubberstation, and want to port this to other servers to improve the RP quality everywhere.
