Rebase rename changes and fixes (#198)

* Reorganizing notebook directory, adding template notebooks, fixing minor bugs in dataset_glucose_simulator.py (small issue with import, small issue with example running on import, adding a naming parameter), creating the Using the Simulated Data Generator notebook for creating benchmarking dataset.
