Build for Miyoo CFW

An updated build of FCEUX for the Miyoo CFW, intended for post-BittBoy devices, with switched/fixed button mapping (correct A and B buttons), and a cleaned up menu/UI.

Installation instructions:
Just replace the binary in "emus/fceux" with this one.
