A tool to detect stray frames in videos
Download the latest release here
Run 25th_frame.exe. An input prompt appears, enter the video file location there.
The app starts analyzing the file, which may take some time.
After the analysis is done, you can explore the possible found broken frames
The "View" button is used to preview the fragment in slow-motion

I made this tool in two hours on the knee, so don't expect much from it. The code quality might seem garbage, and it actually is. GLHF
