Can you give detailed instructions to reproduce this bug? Especially regarding the first person execution animations?
With default execution animations (third person), it seems executed NPCs aren't duplicated.

1. Turn on first person executions
2. Join match
3. Execute npc. If its a Spectre, you will be kicked to the main menu. If it isn't, it will execute the npc but create a duplicate ragdoll. This double ragdoll issue only happens when first person executions are enabled, and also isn't unique to npc_soldier, since it also happens with npc_pilot_elite (if you modify the code to allow them to be executed).

I can reproduce the issue.
Tbh I didn't know Northstar supports first person executions 😄
