Will close #105

Currently the draft page just runs the preset pass manager on the time evolution of a 1D Heisenberg chain with a random initial state. Since this ask was created some time ago, I'd like to get some input on what topic on transpilation this page should highlight. (@javabster I think has the most context for this request). I guess my first question what is the "new" information this page is supposed to bring into documenting the transpiler?
