Update for Terraria 1.2.1.2

This update supports fixes for the following:

• Config option to allow all users to break grass, flowers, pots, etc.
• Clients are no longer able to open chests if the chest is in a protected area etc.
• Fix more style issues with items like lanterns.
• Fix sandguns.

It is highly recommended you update to this version.
