- Use a Junk Email Account to Handle New Account Details
- Never give out your real Identity
- Avoid Giving Out Your Real Payment Details
- Use RSS to Hide Your Tracks
- Delete Spyware to Stay Hidden Online
- Upgrade Your Social Media Privacy Settings (or don't havy any social media, it's that easy)
- Log Out of Websites When You're Done
- Use an operating sastem like Tails for an extra layer of privacy
- Set up a strong Firewall

- For personal and secure emails use ProtonMail
- When uploading any pictures delete any metadata
- Change your Mac Address alot
- Use strong passwords, that you don't use twice. Never send those passwords in any way except a full encrypted, end-to-end service if needed.
- Be careful of what you install

- Use the TOR browser for browsing and as VPN
- Keep your smartphone up to date
- Always keep your Bluetooth off when in public
- Create a strong alphanumeric password

- Sign Up to a bunch of newsletters, reply to them
- Don't use any of you current email addresses again
- Install a lot of crypto related software (e.g. miners)
- Research cryptomining (as a false motive)
- Change your password to something very ease (e.g. your mothers name / birthday)
- Search for false locations (you don't plan on visiting) and hotels
- Lookup random maps / train or bus stations
- NEVER lookup important things on this computer / laptop
- In future only use burners
- Destroy your current SIM card and make your current phone unusable
- When going somewhere important, never bring your phone with you
- regularly withdraw small amounts of money from your bank account, so you won't be a red flag for the bank. Choose random locations for this.

- Add friends / universities / workplaces based on your new life
