I've disabled clippy because I need this ready for HK. IDK why clippy won't pass in CI. It passes locally and leaves no error in CI. I've made a followup issue to fix it in #58 |

This PR replaces the single difficulty adjustment algorithm that we used to have with three independent instances of the algorithm. One for each of the PoW seal types.
