This PR:

  • Moves hooks for JNI methods into separate files
  • Add an exec hook for FFmpeg for better ReplayMod compatibility
  • Changes the ffmpeg executable name to allow building FFmpeg plugin APK in release mode
  • Add a dlopen hook for libvulkan to allow usage of custom drivers with LWJGL Vulkan
