La durée du calcul de la hiérarchisation dans l'onglet 9 était liée à la génération de la vue pr_zh.rb_notes_summary. En la convertissant en vue matérialisée, le calcul est désormais presque instantané.
Cela nécessite un rafraîchissement régulier de cette vue matérialisée, qui contient les règles de hiérarchisation des différents bassins versants. Cette PR intègre donc une mise à jour quotidienne automatisée via une tâche Celery.
