Fourth release candidate of v1

This will probably be the last release candidate before releasing the stable v1.0.0 version. New features and bugfixes (a.o.) in this release contain:

New features:

• Added German translations
• Added Dutch translations
• Added overview of cached scripts including sorting and filtering

Bug fixes:

• Added some missing translations
• Cleaned up unused classcycler
• Changed tabs to spaces in stylesheet (CS)

Documentation:

• Added GUI localization info
• Added whitelist wiki
• Added contribution notes
