- replaced old https://papermc.io/repo with new https://repo.papermc.io - bump targeted version to v1.0.8 - bump to latest shadow plugins' versions - added Kotlin DSL setup

looks generally good to me, the gradle wrapper however should only be modified by a maintainer, but that can be done while merging. |

The current README still contains coordinates for the old Paper repo which will be shut down in 2 months.
I have also updated Gradle and added the Kotlin DSL setup.
