ru-RU: Bring .txt up to par with en-GB

A major overhaul/update of the ru-RU localisation.

Several types of changes here:

• All the missing strings were translated.
• A couple unclear translations were rephrased.
• Many of the existing translations were adjusted to fit their respective UI elements.
  • Many previously phased out of bounds rendering the translation nigh-unusable.
  • My proposed version is rather... peppered with abbreviations outside of tooltips, but there's really no better way I can think of. It's certainly more usable than being unable to read a UI element at all.
• "Unexpected" translations were removed after confirming they serve no meaningful purpose.
• "Unnecessary" strings were purged.

There are far too many changes to list out each one individually due to how out-of-date the translation was.

I am aware that there is also the JSON file. I'll tackle that another day...
