changes names, adds GPS & removes four of the 7 amplitudes so 1-3

This only touches the developer test data so I am going to merge it to move things forward and keep this in sync with the web pages. I tried to test it carefully but if anyone finds any issues then please report them. |

Description
This updates developer test data to include GPS, reduce the amp meters to 3 & update names. The needed documentation update is already done.
