Merge tiegan-working branch into master #92:
- Changed the names of the cHazard and cDamage folders to include the word 'beta' (i.e. cHazard_beta and cDamage_beta) as they are not part of the official release.
- Updated the readme in English and French.
- Centralized most scripts into the 'scripts' folder.
  - In particular, sourceTypes.csv was moved to scripts/sourceTypes.csv (affects python/add_data.sh and python/build_exposure_ancillary.sh of OpenDRR/opendrr-api repo)
- Deleted old scripts that have been superseded.
- Replotted figures in the sensitivity testing folder while preparing report for publication.
