Title :hovering effect to questions

Title :Feature enhancement: visibility of text in dark mode and auto sliding of images in top destinations

Issue No. : #104

• hovering effects were given to the question cards and it made responsive
• back to top button position in mobile view is also corrected

initially when i raised the issue i'm not aware of auto scroll of questions when answers.
so when i tried to give sliding effects it isn't looking that good.
