Update global.json SDK version and bug fixes (#4)

[Fix] - the SDK version in global.json is updated to 2.1.515 in order to enforce KUDU to use specific version.
[Fix] - the manifest id in ARM deployment file and manifest id under /Manifest needs to be same. The id is required to provide deep link to static tabs and the default values from ARM template might lead to dead link.
[Fix] - Updated text content at client side and modified components to show correct UI contents
