Motivation and Context
Death to Dependabot config.
We've decided to only use Dependabot for security alerts, so the config files are no longer needed.
What has changed
The Dependabot config file has gone.
The repo settings have been checked to ensure that security alerts are switched on.
How to test?
This won't be testable straight away, but keep an eye on future alerts. We shouldn't be receiving anything for dependency updates but we should still receive security alerts.
