  1. Navigate to your /Call of Duty Black Ops/ installation directory
  2. Create a folder called /plugins/ and open this folder
  3. Copy BlackOps.exe into the /plugins/ folder
  4. Run the ReShade setup tool and select the /plugins/BlackOps.exe
  5. Click the Direct3D 9 Button (Even if it already appears to be selected)
  6. ReShade should automatically install
  7. Navigate to your /plugins/ folder and delete BlackOps.exe, and rename d3d9.dll to ReShade32.dll

The result should look like this:

Note: The files may be different depending on the version of ReShade that is installed, as long as ReShade32.dll exists, it will be automatically loaded
