Springfield helper classes

Currently including helper classes for:

• HTTP requests and responses

1. Check out Mojo in Eclipse
2. Build a jar using the 'build' task with the provided build.xml
3. Now you can add the 'mojo.jar' to other Springfield projects
4. Mojo should be excluded in your builds and added to your tomcat/lib dir
