I did not make this version, u/Shamsiel_ on reddit did, the steps they took for the new 5.X.X version of installers are as follow:
1- clone the repository with this command: git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/crosire/reshade.git
2- In Visual Studio 2022 I went to the runtime.cpp file and deleted all of this highlighted code - https://prnt.sc/OX5WRexaiUPU
3- Just build like original instructions
