This package offers great versatility with regard to output formatting. Pre-taylored are two possible formats (although more can be costumised):

Default Format: individual replicate values for each assay

GeneX	GeneY	GeneZ

Statistics Format: each assay is represented by Mean and StDev

Both of these can be transposed as well using transpose=True in qpcr.export_to_csv
