Issue:
Code has bug in parsing of the Perf zapi call
perf-object-get-instancesfrom long time, due to that, we don't collect value ofsrc_meter_countanddest_meter_countand eventually don't populate thedestination_node_limitandsource_node_limitlabels correctly and they are always""(empty).
