Due to depreciation, transitioned the Bittrex code from a custom wrapper to the CCXT python wrapper including:

-- Refactoring execution code
-- Refactoring trade logic code
-- Refactoring setup configuration

Removed Unnecessary print
Added exception to handle changing plots when data is not available
