Use GUI media service instead of handling gui

Description

• Uses the Mycroft GUI media service and GUI player audio plugin instead of self handling GUI https://github.com/MycroftAI/plugin-playback-gui-player/tree/main/plugin_playback_guiplayer

• Convert to stereo audio channels instead of converting track to mono 1 channel, one can check with "ffprobe /tmp/ytvid.mp3" that it is currently only converting it to mono audio 1 channel

Testing

1. Installing the GUI Media Service Audio Backend:

source .venv/bin/activate
pip install git+https://github.com/MycroftAI/plugin-playback-gui-player

2. changes required add them to /etc/mycroft/mycroft.conf to activate guiplayer audio backend

3. You will also need this PR in skill-playback-control (skill is called mycroft-playback-control.mycroftai on device): Marquee (scrolling) text added and some more UI and metadata fixes for Title and Author, and additional playback fixes on end of media: Add marquee text type and fix metadata for UI skill-playback-control#53

Hey, this is not intended to be a long term Skill, it's purely for demonstration purposes with the mark-ii/qa branch of things, which is why it's got a very simple self-managed GUI.

I've pushed the changes from this PR to a new feature/gui-media-service so that we can switch to it when we're ready to look at the centralized media management.
