Re-release to fix stat mgmt issue

• Core: Cannot read wallet data from PoolsConfig file
• lolMiner-v1.28: Add '--disable-dag-verify 1' (bad for profit switching)

• Web GUI / Pool stat mgmt: 'Remove pool stat data' removed ALL stats
• ZergPool*: Fix pool host (was missing algo)
