Issue #CDE-79
Problem: Pairing suggestions in template creation are expecting an header that does not exist
Solution:
Change logic of template creation:

  1. 'Add another field' button is diabled when there is no value selected and we are able to add only one empty field
  2. Pairing suggestions appear for the last selected value
  3. Unselecting value causes field deletion
  4. 'Create template' button is disabled when there are no values present
  5. Pairing suggestions can replace an empty field if present
