- Adds new 'build:demo' script, responsible to replace all VITE_X env variables in the demo folder with the respective content
- Updates dockerfile to receive a build arg for the VITE_API_KEY and sets it to an env variable
- Fixes misplaced codefresh pipeline specification of the VITE_API_KEY
