Customized 4.1 version for CrazybeeF3FR

This is a custom version of Betaflight for CrazybeeF3FR FC.
The support for F3 controlles was abandoned by Betaflight some time ago.
This custom version adds some features for this FC, the most importants are:

• All the 4.1 features
• Support for RPM filter (I recommend BlueJay in the ESCs for this)
• Support for Frsky ACCST V2 (you must use CLI to select this protocol, not available in the Configurator UI)
• Extended CMS menus
• OSD profiles
• Others fixes for SPI rx
• etc.
