Fixes #54 and #55

  • We can now set # in the title to choose styles from H1 to H6
  • Tested both the back-ticks and if the update-comment works with this change
  • Also as per Upgrade dependencies #55 , most of the dependencies were updated as part of the Coverage Diff task. The remaining are updated with this task.
