feat: support Sarkaz rogue

• 添加 Sarkaz 到可选的 roguelike 主题；
• 添加“维什戴尔”到开局干员选项。
• 需要搭配最新的 lib 和 resource 使用，可能需要等待 MAA 发一个 beta 版。目前测试时我暂时是手动替换的资源。
