Created Engage taxonomy for better working with deceptive elements in events. And planning engagement operations inside of events. See: https://engage.mitre.org/

Also updated GrayZone to verson 3.1 to repel latest changes to GrayZone maintained by DCG420.

Created taxo for MITRE Engage

Thanks for the PR. Looking at Engage, we need clearly to create a MISP galaxy out of it. That would be cleaner than a taxonomy and more detailed.

I did deleted Engage directory (4039bcc) as that one is in independend PR for MISP Galaxy. So there is only GrayZone updated to version 3.1
