You need Python (any 3.x)

pip install numpy && pip install opencv-python

Launch: game.py

Idea: Write to which ever console your answer to the note you are seeing. If you answer wrong you are punished by time out. Program tell if you are correct or not. When all notes have been reviewed a time is prompted. Can you get the best score?
