Exclude the VirusTotalApiKey file which includes the credentials
- Added folder path to read xml files (needed when the tool is used outside its folder) - Modifyed the evaluation of the attributes for the lack of presence check (due to crash) - Modifyed some variable names for collisions or missing definitions
