This is for wroth of flames p6 Stacking Debuff in DSR

This will mark Pairs to stack together with MarkBind 1 and 2 Together and Ignore 1 and 2 together. 1 will be the person with the debuff 2 will be no debff.

This also removes all head markers 4 seconds before the mechanic goes off.

Their is no Priority system for this.
