Polyhedron centre analysis

From this release, analysis of displacement in the polyhedra centre site will be included.
The definition of distortions were slightly amended to have consistency with centre site displacement.

API change

The API has been split into smaller components. This is preparation for future additions.
The CLI (or script) will behave identically to how it used to.
